Prayer Requests

Prayer Requests from the Christian Activity Center in East St. Louis, IL: 

• Pray for the kids as they go back to school -- that they would have a good year and be able to learn new things.
• Pray for their safety. That God would protect them from the things around them and He would shield their eyes, ears, and hearts from the evil that surrounds them daily.
• Pray for the CAC as a whole, specifically their leadership. They are trying to do a better job of discipling and raising up their kids. They are revamping a lot of their programs and starting new ones. Pray that God would show them how to be the people He has called them to be and that they would be obedient to His calling.
• Pray for A____ as she starts her new journey of faith. Pray for Ali as she disciple her -- that she would have compassion, understanding, and wisdom in leading her.
• Pray for more little opportunities to share God’s love with the kids and for hearts and lives to be changed.
• Ali only has 8 months left on her assignment with NAMB. Her original thought was that she would stay at the center when her term is up with NAMB, but she not sure if this is what God wants her to do. God has been stretching her and challenging her and opening up new doors. Pray that she would be attentive to God’s leading and that she would be obedient.
